Order confirmation
When you submit your order to us, you will receive an email notification confirming that we have received your order, and are processing it. Once the order has been finalised you will receive an email notifying you that your order and payment has been processed.

Shipping confirmation
You will then receive an email notification from us to notify you that your order has been shipped. This email notification will include tracking information if you have selected a courier service for delivery.
