Serving suggestion: Much like rice, quinoa is boiled on medium heat in brine (water and salt) for 10-15 minutes. With every cup of quinoa, you can add 2 cups of water and 1/2 tsp. salt. Warm quinoa is great mixed with roast vegetables and leftover quinoa makes an ingredient for a delicious salad.
