Serving suggestion: Toast millet for 4-5 minutes on medium heat in a large sauce pan. Once done, much like rice, millet is boiled on medium heat in brine (water and salt) for 10-15 minutes. With every cup of millet, you can add 2 cups of water and 1/2 tsp. salt. Best served warm.
