Serving suggestion: Make a lovely dessert by combining 1 cup milk, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 2 tbsp. chia seeds. Add sweetener and cinnamon to taste. Stir with a fork every 15 minutes or so to break up chia seeds. Ready to be enjoyed in 45 minutes to 1 hour.
